We have had quite a lot of extras to our Symphony kitchen. Amy is incredibly efficient, knowledgable, helpful, friendly and professional. Everything you could possibly want in a business. Nothing is too much trouble and she always phones instead of messaging. Paul and Mitch brilliant too. Excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Best company I have dealt with for a long time.

The staff were brilliant. I wasn't quite sure what I needed in a mattress, but they showed me various options and made arrangements to have it delivered. I received a phone call the day before and a rough time for delivery. They delivered the new mattress and took away the old one. This was a free service. I would recommend to anyone who asks. Thank you.

Went into the Yate store and picked and ordered a bed to be delivered. The lady was very helpful and not pushy at all. Received a call a week later with a delivery date a couple of days later. So so good that they remove your old bed (I didn’t have one so made their job a little easier) and put up your new one. Takes all the stress away at no extra cost! The delivery guys even noticed I had new carpet and asked if that was the case and if so they would remove their shoes. I was thinking this prior to their arrival and felt awkward about mentioning it and I didn’t even have to as they did first. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the service provided by A j furniture. Compared to other bedroom furniture companies I had visited A j felt more homely in their approach. No hidden costs, like delivery, setup and removal all included and the delivery guys were excellent. A company I would definitely recommend.

AJ Furniture supplied changes to our kitchen and bedroom and furniture on our new build. A thorough survey to establish scope and options of work. This also helped with our snagging list. Comprehensive discussion on options / cost and programme so we made the right choice, which we did with AJ support.. Work undertaken to a high standard with friendly and approachable tradespeople. Whole team very easy to do business with. Would use again.

Went to AJ's after a disaster with Bensons.
Kate guided me through mattresses within my budget, didn't try to oversell me anything, and had my new matress delivered within a week.
Absolutely fab service from start to finish and I've had the best night sleep in 5 years on the recommended matress!
Won't go anywhere else now!

A fantastic experience with Amy and the team at AJ Furniture and Beds. They supplied us with a new utility room and fitted wardrobes for our bedroom. Amy was very patient with me through the design process and very knowledgable about the products on offer. She really went that extra mile for us as clients. The wardrobe fitters were the tidiest trades we’ve had on site so far and Toby and Matt who fitted the utility were great. Any issues that we’ve had have been sorted really quickly. I have been recommending AJ Furniture and Beds to everybody!

We have had a kitchen island fitted by this company and we couldn’t be more happy with it😍 Amy from start to finish has been amazing - customer service 10/10 and extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The team who came to fit the units were also very nice people and were respectful and professional in our home. We are also having some utility cupboards fitted but upon the fitting visit they noticed I’d accidentally ordered the wrong sizes. Amy was understanding and really appreciated her helping to correct the error, which we did and is now being sorted. I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone who wants a great service with a high quality finish.

No pushy salespeople. Ultra friendly and knowlegable staff, nothing too much trouble and free quality coffee on tap while you browse.
Good prices especially when you consider it includes delivery, installation, removal and disposal of old bed, and the guys take their shoes off without being asked.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and really helpful in store advice. Typically I picked out the most expensive mattress but these guys took the time to show me the mid and entry range options too so I could make the right decision. No pressure or pushy sales people following you round, and a really cute dog which is always a win in my books😂
